USE OF STUDENT PHOTOS/VIDEOS/NAMES

In various district-associated publications, such as the district calendar, newspapers, newsletters, websites, and social media, we occasionally will use photographs or videos of our students and identify them by name as part of school news related articles.  You may not want your child’s name, photo, or video to appear in these media. If you wish to exercise this option, please fill out this form to alert the building principal of your wishes.
 
Please complete this form (also available on the district calendar) by the end of September.
 
This form is required to be completed each school year for each child.
