Welcome to the Comsewogue School District Universal Pre-K application for the 2025-2026 school year. Please accurately complete all information in this application.

 

Additonally, you MUST complete a Comsewogue School District registration packet in order to be eligible for the lottery. Packets can be found on the Central Registration page of our website. You will need to upload a completed copy of this packet on the next page.

 

Please Note: Your child MUST turn four (4) years old before December 1, 2025 (birthday between December 2, 2020 and December 1, 2021). Families are responsible for transportation to and from school.
